This package includes a customized workout program, customized macros, iifym walk through/explanation, cardio recommendation, and a list of foods that will be helpful when it comes to hitting your macros. This package also includes weekly check ins with me for 4 weeks straight where we manipulate your macros & training based on how your body is responding. You can chose this whether you want to cut (lose weight/fat) or if you want to bulk (put on lean muscle/grow).
